Thank you for your interest in Camp Fantastic!
You are welcome to book as many or as few days as you wish. We do not offer half day bookings, there is just too many things planned!
If you wish to add an extra day, no need to fill out another form, just send us an email.
Please note that bookings must be received and paid for by 5:30pm the day before you wish to attend.
The list of activities on offer varies from camp to camp. However, to view the timetable from a day at one of our recent camps click HERE.
We accept payment in the following ways:
Bank transfer (please ensure you put your child's name as the reference)
Childcare vouchers (please see HERE)
Extended hours are not available for this camp as we are running from 8am-5pm.
You can modify your booking or dates if:
• Requested by email 72+ hours before the start of camp
• Space is available for new dates
• Any price difference is paid in advance
Refund Policy Cancellations by email:
• 14+ days before camp: Full refund (minus transaction fees) or credit note
• 14 days to 72 hours before camp: 50% refund (minus transaction fees) or credit note
• Within 72 hours of camp: No refund or credit note.
Credit notes are valid for one year.
Note: Only credit notes can be provided for cancelled bookings where payments were made by childcare vouchers.
