• Absolutely, but you must tell us their full name on your form to make this possible.

  • We ask that you come with your own packed lunch. After all, no one knows what you love to eat more than you! However, because there will be children attending with severe allergies, you must not have any of the following in your packed lunch; nuts,  seeds, Nutella, peanut butter, hummus, seeded bread and pesto.

  • Please see our sample timetable HERE. We try to vary and change the activities often so please do not assume this will be the exact timetable when you book.

  • On arrival you will be greeted by a great big balloon arch! There will be group leaders who will each be wearing a top of the colour of their group. You will be told which colour group you are on the Friday before you arrive. If you find the group leader with that colour top, they will sign you in and you will be given a wrist band of the same colour to wear for all the days you will attend Camp.

  • To have fun whilst being active and learning in a safe and happy environment.

  • At Camp Fantastic we pride ourselves on how wonderful the children are. We do however have a zero-tolerance policy on discrimination, bullying and persistent poor behaviour of any kind. If you would like to raise a concern, please speak to your camp manager.

  • Sadly if you did not give 24 hours notice, we are unable to offer a refund for any days your child did not attend.

  • Currently you can pay via bank transfer or via childcare vouchers as we are Ofsted registered.

Payment must be made before 5.30pm the working day before your child is due to attend camp.

Please see HERE to see which vouchers we accept. If you cannot see the company you use, please let us know and we will see if we can register with them.

  • We absolutely have insurance.

  • If you could let us know beforehand that would be great.  If you could then simply call the number on the gate, we will bring your child/children out to you.

  • We would require a minimum of 24 hours notice to be able to change a booking.

  • Hover over the Camp tab at the top of the website.

  • If your child requires extra support, the best thing to do would be to email us.

When completing our booking form, you will have the opportunity to give information about your child's needs and the support required. We will endeavour to come up with a plan to enable your child to have the best time possible at Camp Fantastic.

We make these plans with parents and carers on an individual case basis and are happy to work with you on a plan which works for your child. If your child already has one-to-one support, we are happy for their one-to-one to attend camp with them to support them. All we will need is a copy of their DBS check and to see some identification. Throughout your child’s time at camp, we will ensure we communicate thoroughly about the parts of the plan which are or are not working and will make changes in collaboration with you to support your child.
